VisionSoft Launches an Online Service Desk Portal
VisionSoft releases a service desk portal aimed at increasing its level of customer service. VisionSoft clients will be able to submit service and project tickets online, as well as having a knowledge base and software downloads available at thier fingertips. The service portals main goal is to help organize projects and outstanding service requests between VisionSoft and its clientelle.

ShopVisionSoft.com to make its debut appearance.
VisionSoft will be releasing ShopVisionSoft.com to its clients and the general public by the end of May 2007. The release of this new storefront demonstrates VisionSofts goal of providing a total IT solution for its clients.
Visitors to the new site will be able to purchase, or more importantly, request a quote based on the contents of their shopping cart.

VisionSoft moves to a new location.
Our headquarters have moved to 200 Broadhollow Road in Melville, NY. This will make additional resouces available for the further expansion of VisionSoft.
